- Cancellation policy
To make a reservation it will be necessary to provide a credit card in order to proceed to the payment of the reservation with the appropriate discount.
Cancellations must be made at least two days prior to the date of the reservation. After this period, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
All cancellations must be made through the website or in writing by sending an e-mail to info@anoretagolf.es and will not be effective until received.
Añoreta Golf recommends that all clients take out travel insurance to cover cancellations due to illness, emergencies or any other cause. Añoreta Golf will not be responsible for any of the incidences mentioned above and will proceed to charge for all contracted services whenever the cancellation policy is not complied with.
We understand as “no-show” those customers who do not show up at the Caddy Master 15 minutes in advance or do not comply with the established cancellation policy (48 hours).
2.- Rules of the game and rules of etiquette
All players are advised to bring their HCP certificate with them as it may be required by Club staff at any time. The stipulated HCP limit is 36 for ladies and 28 for gentlemen.
It is essential to be at the Caddy Master well in advance (30 min). Players arriving late will lose their tee time and will not be entitled to a refund.
The Club reserves the right to form 4-ball games at its discretion and so games of lesser number may be paired at any time during the course. Whenever time availability allows, the customer will have the possibility to pay the full tee time (4 balls) to ensure the exclusivity of the game.
Añoreta Golf reserves the right to expel any customer who receives two or more warnings from the Marshall or any employee of the Club for breach of any of our rules, without any refund of services previously paid.
Etiquette Rules: T-shirt with collar and sleeves, tailored shorts or long trousers. Shoes with metal spikes are not permitted. International etiquette rules will prevail.
Tee-off times will be consecutive every 8 minutes from the 1st tee (except on exceptional days for maintenance and/or other reasons). Any other schedule must be requested, budgeted and approved by the Club management.
The delivery of any type of refreshments, catering, trophies, etc. is not permitted without the permission of the Club management.
The installation of advertising on Añoreta Golf facilities without prior authorisation is prohibited.
